MOVEMENTS IN THE FLEET.
COMMISSIONING TRIALS.
For the next week or so the British warships at present in port will be engaged in making commissioning trials. On the 16th inst. H.M.S. Ocean leaves Hongkong for a commissioning tral to Mirs Bay, Amoy and Weihaiwe', and on the 18th H.M.S. Phenix departs for Borneo and Singapore on a similar trial. The sanie day H.M.S. Rosario gues on her trial to Mirs bay, Amoy and Shanghai, while H.M.S. Their is fixed to leave for the North, H.M.S. Algerine undergoes her commissioning trial on the 19th inst, when she proceeds to Mirs Day, returning to port on the 27th inst, and leaving for Swatov, Amoy and Shanghai on the 1st June, H.M.S. Europa, which arrived here on the 12th just, with part of the new crews for ships on the China Station, leaves for home on the 22cd inst. taking a number of the relieved crews from the paying off ships. H.M.S.A bion leaves Weibaiwei for Japan in a few days.
A CUSTOMS Post Office notice states that in and after the roth inst, the Customs fee of ten cents levied on parcels from Shanghai for transmission abroad will be discontinued.

During the twenty-four hours ended at noon to-day 74 further cases of bubonic plague, making 618 since January 151, were reported. Seventeen of the cases were fatal.
