OWING to the insufficiency of accommoda tion in the present building and the in creasing demand for admission, it has been found Decessary, to extend the wings of the main building and to enlarge the Chinese de partment by an additional storey with two wings. The estimated cost will amount to over $15,000. To cover these expenses we Appeal to the liberality of all friends of Education The establishment has been lo existence for the last 25 years and is open to all classes. Much of the clerical work of the city is carried on by Its past pupils. As this is the first time we have applied for assistance we expect a generous response.
