Dr. F. W. Clark, Medical Officer of Health to-day at the Maghtacy proceedel against Hock Goon, licensee of the Grand Hotel, Queen's Road West, for having sold adulterated whisky, Mr. J. F. Reece appeared for the defence.
Inspector Relilla, of the Sanitary Department, stated that on the alternoon of June 16th, be, in company with his interpreter, went to the hotel and asked for three giaires of whisky.
