PRACTICAL EDUCATION WANTED. The want of practical education for om boys is felt in the Model Setilament "apparently la much the same manner as in Hongkong.

Here we have just the same complaints to make as regards the cultivation of the mlade of our boys after leaving school; parents taking litle or no interest in the matter, and the boys are allowed to shift for themselves to a great extent, wilk, in many. Instancer, deplorable remalte.
