THE thousands of Chinese who are thrown out of work by the bad weather have been roaming about the Prays looking for flotsam and jetsato, and enjoying the fun every time anybody was caught by the water breaking over the Prays. Some coalies, net finding any lawful prey, helping themselves to pieces of a sound Junk lying in the nullah near the Ordnance Store buildings.
