The British steamship Formsja reports that she left Tamani on the 9th ultimo, Amor on the stat, and Swatow on the 1st instant. From Tamsul to Amoy and Swatow had modarste north-easterly winds and fine weather. From Swatow to Hongkong had moderata west and and south-west breeze and fice weather. Ia Tamani the steamshipu Cito and Felchow. In Amoy the steamships Wenchow, Kwelin and Trinan To Swatow the steamships Chiang Hock Klan, Taiwan, and Takiang.

THE FAST ROUTE BETWEEN CHINA, ĮJAPAN AND EUROPE VIA CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES.
The British steamship Pakskan reports that CALLING AT AMOY, SHANGHAI, NAGASAKI, KOBE, YOKOHAMA AND VICTORIA, B,
the left Bangkok at 10.5 a.m. on the 24th ultimo. Had moderate south to south-west winds with overcast showery weather to Cape Padaran, which was passed at 11.30 pm, on the 1918 thence to North Reef had variable winds with duli showery weather. At a p.m. on the 30th passed Triton Island, the German steamer Nankin still erect on reef; mants, gaffs, funnel, etc. atill standing. From North Reef to within one day's sail of Hongkong had moderate to fresh east to worth-east winds and heavy head swells after- wards variable winds and fine weather to port. Anchored off Green Island at 8.40 p.m. last" night.
