Mr. R. K. Leigh, civil engineer and architect said he bad visited Turg Shing Lane. which measured the length of the houses opening on to Tuns south from Wellington Street. FOUR firemen of the British steamer Nanning, 0.75 and three Chinese employed on board the launch Kamsa were charged before Mr. Wiss this afternoon with being in unlawful possession of a quantity of haggage, the property of passengers on board that steamer on the 21st just. Mr. Dennys appeared on behalf of the defendants and contended that his clients, were in legal possession of the property.
