The British steamship Feoksang reports that she left Shanghai on the 16th "lariant, and Swatow on the 19th. Had fraah monson and fine weather with rain at times.
The British steamship Tafywas reports_that she left Bangkok on the roth Instant. From Kob-si-chang to Pulo Obl had strong south-cast winds and cloudy weather. From Pulo Obl to Cape Padaran had fresh north-east gale with high sea. From Cape Fadaran to Paracels had moderate wind and north-east swell; thence to port bad fresh to strong north-amat winds and dull cloudy weather with very high north-east
