REPORTS.

The British steamship Canton, reports that she left Shanghal on the roth fastant, Amoy on the 13th, and Swatow on the 15th. Had fresh east and north-east breeze and fine clear weather throughout.

The Austro-Hungarian steamship Melpomene reports that she left Bombay on the 26th ultimo, and Singapore on the 10th instant. In Indian Ocean had light south-west winds. In China Sea had calm and light north-east winds.
