having $100, or more, at their credit may st their option transfer the same to the HONG- KONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION on fixed deposit for 12 months at 5 per cent, per annum interest. INTEREST-at-the-rate_of_31–%_per_ annum will be allowed to Depositors on their daily balances.
