TO-DAY.
THE SHARK. Market.
5 o'clock. Business to-day has again been almost entirely confined to Punjoms. Sales have been reported at 21, afterwards at 20, and finally some shares are said to have changed hands at 18. The closing price may be fixed at 19. In addition to the offer from the London Syndicate, it is stated in what ought to be well informed quarters that a most favorable report has been received from Pahang. That, however, is a matter upon which full light will be thrown in the course of a day or two. Nothing else requires special reference.
