The Volunteer Fire Brigade had their annual plente yesterday. They went to Junk Bay in the Pilot Fish, and playet at tug of war till they raised appetites that fairly hummed. Then they had tiffin. Several speeches were made by the Chairman, Mr. John Macgregor, the Hon. P. Ryrie, Mr. Tomlin, Mr. Saimpson, Hon. H. E.
