THIS DAY.

Noon... There is very little doing in the Share Market this morning. Banks are weaker with sellers at 206 per cent, premium for cash, 208 for the end of the month and 210 --for August 31, but at these rates no busi- nes has been done. Union Insurances have changed hands at quotation. Hong- kong Fires are very firm; sales have been effected at the increased rate of $350 per share and more shares are wanted at the, same figure. Docks are slightly weaker with sellers at 60 premium. China Sugars. are now offering at $200 per share without Inducing buyers to come forward.. No- thing in other stocks requires special men tion.
