REPORTS.

The British steamship Achilles reports left Liverpool on the 28th October; arrived in Port Said on the gth November. Experienced vari- able winds. Left Suez at noon on the 13th. Across the Indian Ocean experienced moderate N.E. monsoon to Point de Galle; after which had variable winds; arrived in Singapore on the 4th Leit again on the 6th; thence to Pulo instant. Sapata experienced moderate Northerly winds and fine weather; after which had strong N.E. monsoon with heavy squalls and breaking sea.
