Noon. Banks have taken another spurt and are agging much "firmer. For cash, business has been done this morning at 166 per cent, premiunt, the stock leaving off in de- mand at the quotation. There are also buyers at 167 for the end of the month.. A few sales of China Traders' scrip at 550 have been reported. Luzons are on offer for cash at £16, but we hear of trans fers having been effected at 119 for March 31st. Other stocks are very quiet.
