Noon. Banks are creating quité a sensation on. the Stock Exchange. Business has been done this morning to a considerable ex- tent at 168 per cent, premium for cash, and on time at 170 for the end of the year, the Stock leaving off firm, with buyers, 'at both these rates. Luzons also show a decidedly upward tendency bayers, offering 11 without being able to secure any shares. Doubtless a higher price will be paid during the course of the day. Other stocks have not been mentioned.
