An Intermediate series of Cantonese Lessons was recorded and broadcast during the year. The programmes were written by Sidney LAU (right) and the series produced by Irene YUEN (standing).
The engineer at the prototype control desk, at present in use in one of the English Service production studios, has his controls, disc and tape reproducing equipment close to hand. This type of control unit will be a standard feature in the new Broadcasting House at Pok Fu Lam.
