Land Legislation.

PART IX

NEW LEGISLATION

61. The Land Registration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953, made two minor amendments to the Land Registration Ordin- ance consequential upon the establishment of the District Courts; and the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953, extended for a further year to 15th July, 1954, the period during which the "Green Ink Entries" in the Land Registers relating to transactions during the Japanese occupation constitute notice of such transactions.
