Report on TILE SAMARITAN Fund, 1,4.62 - 31.3.63 Endeavours have been mado tu kemp: down the expenditure from this fund due to difficulty in vhiteiding sufficient income. Nevertheless, the expenditure of $14,681.50 this year exceeded income by $4,200.50. The greater part of this sum was mnd for the travelling expenses of patients why coak! not otherwise attend for the treatment recommended by the doctors, and of their relatives who could not otherwise come to the hospitals for the interviews which the ductors wished to have with them. The making posible of these Journeys will have to be still further cut in the year 1963/66.
