Area-based route maps allow residents to gain a better understanding of KMB bus services. 地區性巴士路錢圖讓區內居民更清楚九巴的服務。

The publication of Area-Based Route Maps is proposed to help residents of and visitors to different localities to gain a better understanding of the bus services available to them.

Each Area-Based Route Map will detail the services and routes within each area and will

include information showing the schematic linkage and matrix of inter-district bus routes etc. to facilitate travel outside the area. Ma On Shan and Tseung Kwan O have been selected for the first release of such maps in January 1995.

PASSENGER ENQUIRY HOTLINE 2745-4466

The Hotline Service has been well-received by

the public. At present, an average of 300,000 calls are handled by the Hotline per month. In

addition to operator service during office hours,

customers are able to listen to pre-recorded

information regarding individual bus routes at

any time through our Hotline.

The KMB Passenger Enquiry Hotline handles over 300,000 calls a month.
