Under the Public Bus Services
Ordinance, the persons holding the
positions of Commissioner for Transport
and Deputy Secretary for Transport
(Transport Services) are appointed by
the Governor to sit on the Board of the
Company. The incumbents of these
posts are Mr. Rafael HUI Si Yan, JP and
Mrs. Carrie YAU TSANG Ka Lai (who
replaced Mr. Kevin MAK Iu Kwan, JP
with effect from 30 March
1994)
根據公共巴士服務條例,在任之運輸署
署長及副運輸司(運輸服務)均由港督
委任為本公司董事。他們分別爲許仕仁
先生及尤會家麗女士(尤女士於一九九
四年三月三十日獲委任接替麥耀鋆
