機械可靠性(車輛可靠性)方面作出服
務承諾。
reliability (vehicle reliability) - the two
core competencies of bus operation.
1) Operational Capability
Operational capability is measured by
the ratio of actual to scheduled departure
trips travelling in the peak directions
within the overall bus network during
the morning peak hours(7:00-9:00
a.m.).
The Company is firmly committed to
achieve a ratio of at least 97 percent for
the 12 months ending 30 June 1994.
2) Mechanical Reliability
Mechanical reliability is assessed by the
average number of trips operated before a
bus would experience one mechanical
breakdown on the road while passengers
are on board. The 1993-94 target is
1350:1, i.e. one breakdown out of every
1350 passenger carrying trips each bus
makes.
1) 車隊運作能力
車隊運作能力乃以早上繁忙時間(七時
至九時 ),整個巴士網絡內,向繁忙方
向開出之實際巴士班次與時間表上訂立
的班次之比例為指標。本公司堅決承
諾,於截至一九九四年六月三十日止之
十二個月內,該比例至少要達至百分之
九十七。
2) 機械可靠性
機械可靠性乃評估每一輛巴士平均行走
多少班次後始會在載客途中發生機械事
故。一九九三年至一九九四年度的目標
爲1350:1,即每行走一千三百五十班次
後始會發生一次機械故障。
