Children learned to queue up for buses during the Smart Buses’visit to Yiu On Estate.
「聰明巴士訪耀安」,小朋友們學習排隊上車。
KMB participated in the "Yan Oi Tong Charity Carnival" at New World Centre by sending Smart Buses to encourage children to become courteous passengers. 在新世界中心舉辦「仁愛堂愛心大特賣」,九巴特別 推出「聰明巴士」鼓勵兒童成為有禮貌之乘客。
COMMUNICATION WITH PASSENGERS
The Passenger Enquiry Hotline increased the number of hotlines from three to ten in 1991. The
number of calls increased from 544,100 in 1990 to 585,856 in 1991, representing a daily average of 1,605 calls.
Many complaint calls are in relation to delays in service. However, delays are usually the result of traffic congestion, caused mainly this past year by road repair work. The opening of the Tate's Cairn Tunnel in 1991 has led to a great improvement in the congestion at the entrance to the Lion Rock Tunnel. Congestion at both ends of the Hung Hom Cross
Harbour Tunnel causes delays and disrupts our scheduled service. KMB published new route maps to help customers plan the best route to take to a destination. These maps have been and will progressively be posted in all our new aluminium bus
shelters.
與乘客之溝通
一九九一年,乘客諮詢熱綫之綫路數目由三條增至 十條,而電話查詢則由一九九零年之五十四萬四千 一百個增至一九九一年之五十八萬五千八百五十六 個,平均每日有一千六百零五個。
不少電話投訴均與巴士誤點有關。然而,誤點往往 乃因交通擠塞所致,而過去一年內,交通擠塞之主 要原因則為進行修路工程。大老山隧道於一九九一 年通車,使獅子山隧道入口之擠塞情況大為改善, 惟紅磡海底隧道兩端之擠塞則令巴士嚴重誤點,無 法按原定班次提供服務。本公司已出版新路綫圖, 幫助乘客採用最佳之巴士路綫前往目的地。此等路 綫圖已陸續張貼在本公司所有新設之鋁質巴士站 內。
