主席報告

DIRECTORS

Under the Public Bus Services

Ordinance, the persons holding the position of Commissioner for

Transport and Deputy Secretary for

Transport (Transport Services) are

appointed by the Governor to sit on

our Board. Mr Gordon Siu Kwing

Chue, JP, Commissioner for Transport, was appointed on 1st July, 1989 to

replace Mr James So Yiu Cho. Mr

Eddy Chan Yuk Tak, Deputy Secretary for Transport (Transport Services), was appointed on 27th December, 1989 to replace Mrs Alice Lai Siu Po Chun. On 22nd March, 1990,Mr Lui Hau Tuen

was appointed by the Governor to replace Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak. The valuable services rendered by Mr.

James So Yiu Cho, Mrs Alice Lai Siu

Po Chun and Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak

during their term of directorship are greatly appreciated and the Board

welcomes the Government appointed

directors on their joining the Board.

APPRECIATION

As in previous years, the Company has

maintained a high standard of bus

services. My sincere gratitude is given,

on behalf of the Board, to staff at all

levels for showing such active dedication.

根據「公共巴士服務條例」規定,在任之

運輸署署長及副運輸司(運輸服務)由

港督委任為本公司董事。於一九八九年

七月一日,蕭烱柱先生獲委任為運輸署

署長,接替蘇耀祖先生。於一九八九年

十二月二十七日,陳育德先生獲委任為

副運輸司(運輸服務),接替黎蕭寶珍

女士。而呂孝端先生則於一九九零年三月

二十二日獲港督委任接替陳育德先生。 本公司謹就蘇耀祖先生、黎蕭寶珍女士及

陳育德先生對董事會所作之貢獻向彼等

深表謝意。董事會並謹此歡迎獲政府委任

之人士加入董事會。
