Import licence: A licence, to be obtained by the addressee in advance, is required for goods of all kinds imported into Spanish West Africa unless they have been specifically declared exempt or are not
not considered by the Spanish Customs Authorities to constitute a commercial despatch.
Address: Parcels are accepted only for Aaiun, Güera, Sidi Ifni and Villa Cisneros. Delivery: Addressees are notified of arrival of parcels and are required to arrange for their collection.
