not considered by the Spanish Customs Authorities to constitute a commercial despatch.
Address: Parcels are accepted only for Aaiun, Güera, Sidi Ifni and Villa Cisneros. Delivery: Addressees are notified of arrival of parcels and are required to arrange for their collection.
