POSTMASTER GENERAL'S CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY IN RADIO TELEGRAPHY
Examinations for these certificates are held periodically at the Government Technical College, Hong Kong and are conducted by officers of the Radio Licensing & Inspection Office on behalf of the Postmaster General.
Candidates for these examinations must be of British nationality.
