PROHIBITED CONTENTS

The Post Offices in Japanese Saghalien (Karafnto) are Gauki- nourasukoe (Galkino-Vraskoe), Kushunkotan (Korsakof), Mauka, and Uradimirofuka (Vladimirofka).

Insurance is confined to Eutobe, Jinja, Kampala, Kisu- Mombasa and mu Lainy, Nairobi.

foreign silver coins, paper money, foreign subsidiary coins, and silver ingots. This prohibition is applicable only to silver coins exceeding 100 yens in value, foreign subsidiary coins excoeding 3 yens and silver ingots to be imported into Taiwan; opium and articles used in smoking it; adulterated or injurious drugs, foods and beverages; anything else considered injurious to the public health or to the safety of animals or plants; tobacco, in any form and cigarette papers, except by special an- thority of the Japanese Govern- ment: salt, except when im- ported by order of the Govern ment, bank notes, current coin. bullion. and fire arms, old clothing except it be only for personal use of the addressne and not for sale, old gunny bags.
