The Post Offices in Japanese Saghalien (Karafnto) are Gauki- nourasukoe (Galkino-Vraskoe), Kushunkotan (Korsakof), Mauka, and Uradimirofuka (Vladimirofka).
Insurance is confined to Eutobe, Jinja, Kampala, Kisu- Mombasa and mu Lainy, Nairobi.
