Note:

For the purposes of calculating the permitted number of livestock in paragraphs 7 and 8, any livestock owned or kept in or on those premises by any person's spouse, father, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter or other remoter relative or ancestor or nominee residing with that person shall be deemed to be owned or kept by that person.
