That portion of the New Territories (comprising the islands of Peng Chau and Tai Lei and the waters adjacent thereto) delineated and bounded by broken black lines and coloured yellow on a plan thereof approved on 5 June 1979 by the Governor in Council, and deposited in the office of the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation.
That portion of the New Territories (comprising the whole of the islands of Lantau, Tai O, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, other islets and the waters adjacent thereto) delineated and bounded, except as provided hereafter, by broken black lines and coloured red on a plan thereof approved on 5 June 1979 by the Governor in Council, and deposited in the office of the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation. Between the points marked X and Y on the plan the western boundary of the rating area follows the western boundary of the Colony.
That portion of the New Territories (comprising the islands of Lamma and Luk Chau and the waters adjacent thereto) delineated and bounded by broken black lines and coloured blue on a plan thereof approved on 5 June 1979 by the Governor in Council, and deposited in the office of the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation.
All those portions of the Urban Council area and the Regional Council area that were not included in any specified area immediately prior to the commencement of the Rating (Areas of Hong Kong) (Amendment) Order 1987.
