"Crown land” is defined by section 2 of the Ordinance to mean all land other than private land. 「官地」一詞,根據該條例第二款之規定,係指除私家土地以外之所有 土地。
“Private land” is defined by section 2 of the Ordinance to mean land held under lease agreement for lease, tenancy agreement, licence, permit, deed of appropriation, or other valid title from the Crown, and also land occupied by Her Majesty's Forces under lease, licence, permit, requisition or other permanent or temporary title. (五)「私家土地」一詞,根據該條例第二款之規定,係指根據官契、預定批 地契約、租約、暫准證、許可証、撥地契約,或政府所批之其他有效地權而保有之土地, 此外,又指英女皇轄下軍隊根據官契、暫准證、許可証、土地徵用權或其他永久性或暫時性之地權而佔用之土地。
