十六、進入當局經已封閉之郊野公園或特別地區或其中任何部份;或雖經當局或獲授權之人員請求離開而仍然逗留在當局經已封閉之郊野公園或特別地區或其中任何部份,或在封閉告示貼出後仍故意逗留在當局經已封閉之郊野公園或特別地區內超過十二小時。

17. Failing to stop when driving a vehicle or riding a bicycle or horse within a country park or special area, when called upon to do so by an authorized officer acting in the course of his duties.

十七、在郊野公園或特別地區內駕駛車輛或騎脚踏車或騎馬,雖經獲授權人員為執行職務而令其停止,但未有遵辦者。

18. Failing without reasonable excuse, to produce a permit when required to do so by the authority or an authorized officer.
