附註:(一)
接獲本通知書人士及接獲本通知書之貯貨地方佔用人負有下述責任:彼等在獲得搬貨或容許搬貨之許可前任何時間,一旦獲悉本通知書所指貨品收貨人身份或其有關之詳細資料時,而該等資料乃該等人士先前從未向上述公務人員透露者,即須向該名公務人員提供該等資料。如不據實提供該等資料,即屬觸犯刑事罪。
任何人士如------
(甲) 不切實遵行本通知書之規定,
(乙) 身為接獲本通知書之貯貨地方佔用人,在未得簽發本通知書之公務人員批准前擅自將貨品搬移或容許將之搬移,
均屬觸犯刑事罪,最高罰則為罰款一萬元及監禁六個月。
第二部
茲准許無條件/依上述條例第二十條驗貨後*將本通知書第一部所說明之貨品從本通知書第一部所定明之船舶/飛機/車輛*或指定地方*搬出。
