Hong Kong Airport Regulations

[CAP. 292

A 3

(g) runs an aircraft engine in a hangar in the airport;

(h) fills or discharges from any container (including any part of a vehicle) in the airport liquid fuel elsewhere than in a place approved for that purpose;

(i) lights a fire in the airport elsewhere than in a place constructed for that purpose,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $500.

(3) Any person who without the permission of the Director or of an authorized person sells or distributes anything, or offers anything for sale or hire, or makes any offer of services, within the airport shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable-

(a) in the case of a first offence, to a fine of $1,000; and

(b) in the case of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
