(ii) any place within 50 feet of an aircraft or a store or liquid fuel or explosives;
(g) throws, leaves or drops anything capable of causing injury to any person or property or drops or leaves litter except in a receptacle provided for that purpose;
(h) climbs any wall, fence, barrier, railing or post;
(i) wilfully gives a false fire or ambulance alarm;
(j) fails to place an aircraft in the place and position appointed by the Director or by any authorized person for that purpose, or fails properly to moor or otherwise secure any stationary aircraft which is not in a hangar;
(k) walks on or otherwise damages any flower bed or anything growing therein, or removes, picks or otherwise damages any tree, shrub or plant;
(l) fails to keep any animal under control;
(m) uses any language likely to cause offence or annoyance to any person;
(n) behaves in an indecent or disorderly manner,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $500.
(1A) Any person who, within the airport, contravenes any order given by the Director or any authorized person under regulation 3(a)(i) or (iv) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable-
(a) in the case of a first offence, to a fine of $1,000; and
(b) in the case of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) Any person who without the permission of the Director or of an authorized person-
(a) enters or leaves the airport otherwise than through a gate or entrance for the time being provided for that purpose;

(c) removes, displaces, defaces, or alters any building, structure or other property, whether movable or immovable (including any notice), forming part of or provided for or in connexion with the airport;
(d) digs soil or cuts or removes turf within the airport;

(f) exhibits any notice or advertisement within the airport except on buildings which the person exhibiting it is authorized to occupy and in accordance with the terms of his occupation;
