(d) 倘教育署署長認為該申請人或申請書上所指之人士,於申請或涉及申

請

(i)認可為校董時;或

(ii)註冊為校或教員時;或

(iii) 准予聘用任何人士在校為准用教員時,

所作之陳述或所提供之資料中有任何重要事項係屬塡報失實或遺漏不報 者。」;及

(乙)第八十七條第(1)款一

「無論何人,如一

(k) 根據本條例所提出之任何申請書內或與該申請書有關之任何方面,用書 面或口頭作任何陳述或提供任何資料,但該項陳述或資料中有任何重要 事項係屬失實,而該人係明知或有理由應知其為失實者,即屬違法,一 經定罪,可被判罰款二萬五千元及監禁兩年。」。
