Any sum or premium which by the terms of allotment of a share is made payable upon allotment or at any fixed date and any instalment of a call or premium shall for the purposes of these regulations be deemed to be a call duly made and payable on the date fixed for payment and shall be included in the word "call" whenever used in these regulations, and in the case of non-payment, the provisions of these regulations as to payment of interest and expenses, forfeiture and the like and all other relevant provisions of these regulations shall apply.
