Calls.
deemed due.
23. Any call shall be deemed to be due at the time specified by the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders for the payment of such call and each shareholder shall pay to the bank at the time so specified the amount of such call which is due on his shares.

24. The joint holders of a share shall be severally as well as jointly liable for the payment of calls due in respect of such share.
Liability of holders.
25. Fourteen days' notice of any call shall be given specifying the time and place of payment and to whom such call shall be paid.
Notice of call.
26. Notice of the amount of call and of the person appointed to receive payment of the call and of the times and places appointed for payment shall be given to the shareholders by notice to be inserted once at least in one or more daily newspapers printed and circulating in the Colony and such notice shall be sufficiently given if advertised as aforesaid.
Mode of notice of call.
27. Save as provided by regulation 26, no notice of any call need be given to any shareholder.
28. The board may from time to time at its discretion extend the time fixed for the payment of any call, and in particular may extend such time as to all or any of the shareholders whom for any cause the board may deem entitled to any such extension; but no shareholder shall be entitled to any such extension except as a matter of grace and favour.
Extension of time for paying calls.
29. Any sum or premium which by the terms of allotment of a share is made payable upon allotment or at any fixed date and any instalment of a call or premium shall for the purposes of these regulations be deemed to be a call duly made and payable on the date fixed for payment and shall be included in the word "call" whenever used in these regulations, and in the case of non-payment, the provisions of these regulations as to payment of interest and expenses, forfeiture and the like and all other relevant provisions of these regulations shall apply.
