(2) In the event of any area including the said pier being declared an area to which section 3 of the Ferries (Cap. 104) Ordinance, is to apply, then every licence granted under these rules shall terminate as and when the said section applies, and thereupon a refund of a proportionate part of any current fee shall be made, but no compensation shall be payable to any licensee or other person in respect of such termination.

12. The following shall be the scale of charges-

PART 1.
