(4) It shall be unlawful for a licensee to employ any person who, in accordance with paragraph (3), is deemed to have caused, or is likely to cause, spread of any communicable disease.

The licensee of any restaurant, food canteen, cafe, or marine restaurant shall cause to be continuously displayed in a conspicuous position on every floor of his licensed premises or on each deck, as the case may be, while such premises or vessel are or is open to the public, a notice or notices of a size and form approved by the Council and in a language prescribed by the Council requiring his customers not to spit on the floor or deck: Provided that the Council may, in its discretion, exempt in writing any premises or vessel from the above requirement as to display of notice, and revoke in writing any such exemption.
