Companies which registered under the Defence Regulations, 1941, but which has not been registered in some territory within the dominions of His Majesty in accordance with the law or regulations in force for the time being in that territory, such company shall, upon any registration of such company as a Hong Kong Company pursuant to this Proclamation, transfer its registered office to such place as is provided for in the Memorandum of Association of such company as amended from time to time and thereupon the Defence (China Companies Temporary Transfer of Registered Office) Regulations, 1941, and any amendment of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, applicable to such company by reason of such regulations shall cease to have effect.

Article 4B.

Notwithstanding anything in this Proclamation to the contrary, (Companies) it shall be competent for any company, which at any time prior to the 25th December, 1941, had a registered office
