Public Health (Food).

(m) exemptions from or modifications of all or any of the conditions or requirements of this by-law may be granted by the Council in its discretion and with or without conditions of exemption or modification. Such exemptions and modifications shall be noted in the register;

(n) subject to exemptions and modifications as aforesaid the Council may refuse registration, and may strike off any food preserving establishment from the register, if the conditions and requirements of these by-laws are not complied with.
