(3) Name or

1. Goods to which the Ordinance applies shall be stowed in the hold or on deck apart from other goods, in such a way that registered easy access may be had to any portion of the goods.

2. A complete record of all goods to which the Ordinance applies shall be kept on the vessel, showing the quantity and the name and address of each importer or exporter of the goods.
