An Ordinance to authorize the imposition of fees for the issue of certificates to Chinese proceeding to foreign countries.

[1st June, 1923.].

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Certificates Short title. (Fees) Ordinance, 1923.

2. For each certificate issued by the Secretary for Chinese Fee for Affairs to a Chinese person, other than a labourer, proceeding certificate. to any foreign country, there shall be paid a fee of fifty dollars.
