An Ordinance to authorize the imposition of fees for the issue of certificates to Chinese proceeding to foreign countries.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Certificates (Fees) Ordinance, 1923.
2. For each certificate issued by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs to a Chinese person, other than a labourer, proceeding to any foreign country, there shall be paid a fee of fifty dollars.
