1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Civil Medical Staff Short title. (Discipline) Ordinance, 1901.

The Principal Civil Medical Officer may punish any Power to fine- subordinate member of the staff in the Civil Medical subordinate Department, whose annual salary does not exceed five staff in Civil hundred dollars, for misconduct, or for neglect or breach of Medical duty, by a fine not exceeding ten dollars, which shall be deducted from his pay.
