76.—(1) Every company shall keep at its registered office a register containing the names and addresses and the Registrar of occupations of its directors, and send to the Registrar of Companies a copy thereof (which shall be printed in the English language), and from time to time notify to the Registrar of Companies any change among its directors.

(2) If default is made in compliance with this section, the company shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for every day during which the default continues; and every director of the company who knowingly and wilfully authorises or permits the default shall be liable to the like penalty.

(a) of the sums of money received and expended by the company and the matter in respect of which such receipt and expenditure takes place; and
