4. All public rights, privileges and easements in, upon and over such portions of the Crown foreshore and sea bed as are or shall be reclaimed for the purposes aforesaid are hereby determined and shall be deemed to have ceased to exist prior to the commencement of the said work of reclamation.

5. Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall derogate from any of the powers or rights of the Crown in respect of the said foreshore or sea bed.

1. The Young Persons (Death Sentence) Ordinance, 1909.
Short title.
2. Sentence of death shall not be pronounced on or recorded against a person who in the opinion of the Court is under the age of 16 years, but in lieu thereof the Court shall sentence such person to be detained during His Majesty's pleasure, and, if so sentenced, he shall be liable to be detained in such place and under such conditions as the Governor may direct, and whilst so detained shall be deemed to be in legal custody.
