5. Is the wharf used for packing merchandise?
6. What is the Crown Rent?
7. What is the state of repair?
8. What do you consider a fair annual rental (gross)?
9. Have you allowed for the value of the Pier in making return of the value of any other tenement; if so, name such tenement and state to what extent such addition to its value was made?
